Q. What if I forget how to do the exercises?

A.  We provide you with illustrated “cheat sheets” to refresh your memory.  We also recommend that you take a refresher lesson every three months to ensure you're doing the exercises correctly and getting the maximum benefit.

Q. How old is too old to start?

A. It's never too late to start. Clients in their 70s and 80s have benefited from facial fitness. The ideal time to start is your late 30s or early 40s, but you will benefit at any age.

Q: Will doing the exercises every day bring about faster results?

A. The muscles need time to rest and rebuild, so we do not recommend doing the exercises every day, but rather four times a week.

Q. I heard you have to wear gloves to do the exercises. why?

A. Several exercises require you to put your fingers in your mouth and the white gloves keep your fingers from slipping.  They also create resistance against the muscle you're working.

Q. can men benefit from this program?

A. Absolutely. It is equally effective for men.

Q: If I do everything taught to me. will I really see a difference?

A. Without a doubt, but you must practice regularly!  A small investment of time yields incredible rewards.
